Q: I am planning on going overseas, what should I do to remain safe?
A: Please refrain from all forms of travel to or through the European Union, United States, United Kingdom and other identified high-risk countries such as China, Iran and South Korea.
Q: What can passengers do to protect themselves from infection on board a flight?
A: There is a range of simple measures advised by the World Health Organisation. These include: handwashing on a regular basis, avoid touching other passengers, covering coughs and sneezes. Please avoid travelling if you become ill and avoid contact with anyone who appears to be unwell.
Q: Will visas be granted for travel in May, June and July?
A: Each country is assessing their situation. Please contact your Travel Agent to keep you updated and informed accordingly.
Q: If an airline cancels my flight, will I get a full refund?
A: Each airline is implementing their own rules and procedures. This is dependent on the destination, travel and other factors. Please contact your respective Travel Agent to confirm the details of your booking.
Q: Will it be safe to travel after Covid-19
A: This will depend on the destination you are travelling to and what safety precautions that destination has set into place during Covid-19.
Q: Will foreign nationals with visas still be allowed to enter South Africa?
A: The South African Government has imposed strict visa restrictions. All visas issued since January 2020 to foreign nationals and travellers from high risk countries who have not yet entered South Africa are revoked with immediate effect.
Q: Which countries are “HIGH RISK”?
A: China, Germany, Italy, Iran, South Korea, Spain, United Kingdom, United States of America and France. This list is subject to change in accordance with the World Health Organisation.
Must I use my allocated holiday week myself?
It is your choice. If you want to send somebody else to occupy your allocated week, you must just arrange with African Prestige Limited reservations department for a guest certificate for that person.
If I can’t or don’t want to use my allocated holiday week at the specific allocated resort or at the specified time, what can I do to change that?
You can exchange your allocated week for any other available week subject to it being in the same “season” that you have purchased.
When can I start my active referral business?
You can start any time after you have paid the full deposit and all the necessary documentation is completed and signed.
How and when do I receive my payments?
Commission Payments will be made according to the matrix on the first weekend following the 18th of every month... All payments will be made by cheque or by means of a bank transfer.
How many people am I allowed to introduce personally?
There are no limitations. The more people you have in your personal business base, the quicker your business will grow.
I am not a sales person, must I sell the product?
No, you don’t need to sell at all. You must just invite people to any of our presentation venues closest to you. You must ensure they attend the presentation and if they decide to purchase the product, you will be rewarded according to the matrix.
Can I upgrade my membership?
You may upgrade your membership at any time. All that is required is that a new contract is signed, reflecting the upgraded membership. The monetary difference, between the price of your current membership level and your new membership level, will be all that will be required to be paid.
Should I accompany my guests to the presentation?
Ideally yes, as this will maximize your chances of a deal on the day. This will also limit your guest’s excuses as to why he/she may not join on the day.
How legal is African Prestige Limited as a business?
African Prestige Limited is 100% fully registered as per accordance to the Zambian Government. All documentation is in place and can be viewed, by appointment.

Option 1: No reservation required during the use of allocated week, in allocated resort, at predetermined time slots.
Option 2: Exchange your allocated week, by contacting our reservations department at least 30 days before the start date of your allocated week. We will together with our exchange affiliates assist you in finding suitable alternative accommodation to the same exchange value of your allocated week.

The cash I earn in the matrix represents a large amount of money. Where does the money actually come from?

What is the cancellation policy?
The Purchaser may cancel his agreement, without reason, by delivering a notice to the Trading Company within 5 (five) business days of the agreement being concluded, subject to the Trading Company refunding an amount of 10% of the deposit or purchase price received and the balance forfeited as liquidated damages.
